3. This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment in CA.No.5 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022, passed by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranipet.

4. Heard the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 4th respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

5. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 13 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
