2. Heard Ms.V.Sumathi, learned counsel for petitioners /appellants and Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel for respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 78 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.68968 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel for the respondent, when the matter is listed for admission.
