This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24666 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 to report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 24666 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., and also before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
