This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment dated 20.02.2023 made in Spl.S.C.No.63 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode and to enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. This is the third bail petition for suspension of sentence. While dismissing the earlier bail petition on 12.01.2024, this Court has directed the Registry to prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeal for final hearing on 27.02.2024. However, the case is yet to be listed for final hearing. It is also reported that the typed set of papers is ready. Hence, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition and therefore this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
