As directed by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2020, the petitioners /appellants have paid the cost of Rs.15,000/- on 23.01.2020 and filed the original receipt in proof of the same.

2.Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
