This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 19362 of 2024 by order dated 13.08.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 15 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19362 of 2024 on 13.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
