Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First and Second Respondents to consider the representation dated 16.08.2017 made by the Petitioner to take necessary action against the Third Respondent institution for not handing over the 10th Standar, B.E. Heard Mr. S.Sathish, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.Ameedius, Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the First Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 16.08.2017 made by the Petitioner to take necessary action against the Third Respondent for not handing over the X Standard, B.E. And M.E Degree Certificates received from the Petitioner.

It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner had been provided with the consolidated certificate and other particulars by the Third Respondent and nothing remains to be considered in the Writ Petition. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to work out his remedies against the Third Respondent for payment of arrears of salary and he has made endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
