PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records of the first respondent in C3/D.O./96/2019 dated 05.11.2019, set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Kirubakaran, aged about 21 years, S/O Ashokan, now confined in the Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court and set him at liberty.
