This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 16829 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.313 of 2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
