PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records issued by the 2nd respondent letter No.N.S.4(1)47166/2016 dated 28.04.2017 pursuance of the letter issued by the 1st respondent Government Letter No.27037/C2-2016-3 dated 20.04.2017 and same to be quashed and direct the respondent to reconsider the representation by the 4th
respondent in Letter No.C.3/31413/2014 dated 07.07.2015 in pursuance of the Letter sent by the 5th respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner herein on completion of ten years of casual labourer services respectively based on the proposals and to extend all benefits thereto with reference to the order of the Division Bench made in W.A.No.493 of 2016 dated 25.04.2016 and W.A.No.631 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 and that of the representation dated 20.09.2016.
