When the matter was listed on 25.09.2023, this Court was not inclined to admit these appeals and at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant in both the appeals, adjourned to 27.09.2023. On 27.09.2023, there was no representation for the appellant in both the appeals, and hence, this Court listed these cases today under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant in both the appeals. Hence, these appeals are liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 3/6

4.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
