ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the order of the fourth respondent directing her to remove the encroachment made by her in S.Nos.11014, 110/16 and 283/7, Uthandi Village, Chennai.
2. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner made at
10.30 am, this writ petition has been taken up as lunch motion case on the ground of urgency. When the petitioner was asked to prove her title and ownership in order to find out whether any encroachment has been made by her, as alleged by the fourth respondent, she could not produce any document to show that her house is in patta land.
3. Finding that the petitioner, without any document and revenue records to prove her title and ownership, has wasted the precious time of this Court, this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable by the petitioner to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks' Welfare Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
