This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners;

and Mr.S.Yashwant, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3. Even though the name of the first respondent is printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of the first respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 131 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
