This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the Appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the first and second respondent is absent. Though notice has been served on respondents 4 & 5 and even their names have been printed in the cause list, no one has appeared on behalf of respondents 4 & 5.

3. Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for R3.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 123 days is condoned.
