ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.19 of 2023, with an immediate effect and to file the final report within a specific time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions would submit that the investigation was already completed and the charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottriyur, through e-filing on 22.11.2024 itself.
