Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the order viz., Notification No.125/2017 dated 14.07.2017 published in the Tamil Daily, "Dina Thanthi" (Chennai Edition) dated 14.07.2017 and quashing the same, and directing the respondent to issue a fresh advertisement both in English and Tamil for recruitment to 68 posts of Sweeper and 59 posts of Sanitary Worker in the respondent-High Court. [ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court that he wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to the said effect in the case bundle. Accordingly, this Court granted permission to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
