This civil revision petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, to expeditiously dispose of the suit in O.S.No.380 of 2022.

2.I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, on 25.11.2024.

3.The learned Subordinate Judge, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, has sent a report dated 06.12.2024, stating that the suit is at the stage of trial and she requested six months time to dispose of the case. 2/4

4.Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, I am inclined to grant six

(6) months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of O.S.No.380 of 2022 and to submit a compliance report to this Court. 5.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
