(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 592 days in filing the above writ appeals.
2. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, considering the huge delay in filing the above appeals, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.500/- in each of the petitions, as costs, to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, these civil miscellaneous petitions stand ordered.
