The present petition is filed by a complainant who requires D.V.A.C. to initiate a criminal action against the 6th respondent. 2.Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the allegation in the complaint is that the 6th respondent, wife of a public servant holds property disproportionate to the known source of income of her husband. The learned prosecutor added that after the 2/4

preliminary enquiry, D.V.A.C. has now undertaken a detailed enquiry in the matter and it will take appropriate call depending on the outcome of the detailed enquiry. The said statement of the prosecutor is recorded. 3.The above Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
