ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The relief sought in this petition, for issuance of a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, for extension of time to make deposits, is essentially a matter for consideration by the Debts Recovery Tribunal and not this Court.

2. With liberty to the petitioners to seek consideration of their application pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, this petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

3. WMP No.39594 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed.
