in W.P.No.35572 of 2024 M.SUNDAR, J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR. J.,] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'certified copy of the impugned letter No.24/2024 dated 18.10.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned letter' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit Page Nos.1/3

submitted that the impugned letter has not been served on the writ petitioner and it has been affixed on the petitioner's house and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the certified copy of impugned letter. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevent part of support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'The petitioner respectfully submits that the impugned notice has not been served to the petitioner and it has been affixed on the petitioner's house and hence the petitioner unable to produce the certified copy of the impugned order and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to submit the xerox copy of the impugned notice and dispense with the production of impugned letter No.24/2024 dated 18.10.2024 and hence this petition for dispense with.'
