Today Mr.G.Venkatakrishnan, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram District is present before this Court and he submits that after registration of the case, steps have been taken, the accused was searched and the accused in not found in the address provided, steps have been taken to call for the CDR details and other details, with regard to accused, who is the licensed agent of the Defacto Complainant. Further, the other accompanied accused /agent who is a Manager also under search and proper action would be taken to take them into custody, since there was 127 policies have been created using forged documents and investigation will be completed within a period of three months. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Defacto Complainant provided all necessary clarifications and co-operated with the investigation by all means and the accused had misappropriated the money and swindled the amount.

This Court records the submission of the Deputy Superintendent of Police that the accused will be arrested and investigation will be completed within a period of three months. 4.
