This application has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 12.07.2023 by which, O.P.No.364 of 2022 was dismissed for default. 2.The earlier application is A.No.2399 of 2024 to condone the delay of 102 days have been allowed and the delay had been condoned. It had been observed that the petitioner is an aged lady and the counsel had been admitted to the hospital.

3.Taking into consideration the said reason, this application stands allowed.

4.The Original Petition is restored to file consequent to the order passed in A.No.3489 of 2024.
