This application has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing application to restore O.P.No.364 of 2022 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 12.07.2023.

2. In affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that the petitioner is an aged lady and the counsel was also admitted in the hospital. It is stated that therefore there was no representation before the Court on 12.07.2023.

3. Taking into consideration all the factors, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned.
