This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of order of this Court dated 23.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.10857 of 2024.

Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that patta has not been issued to the petitioner till date, but Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court directs only to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.07.2020 and to survey the property and as per the orders of this Court, the survey has been conducted and order did not direct issuance of patta to the petitioner and hence, order of this Court has been complied with. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
