Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation letter dated 15.06.2017 and further directing the First to Fourth Respondents to take action against the Fifth Respondent in accordance with Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 under Section 56, 21 of the Act.

Heard Mrs. T.Manjula, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.Yashwanth, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. A.Palaniappan, Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation dated 15.06.2017 made by the Petitioner and to consequently direct the First to Fourth Respondents to take action against the Fifth Respondent in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. 3.

The Second Respondent has filed Counter-Affidavit stating that the matter has been enquired into and it has been found that receipts for Rs. 100/- each for Abishekam on 14.05.2017 and 24.05.2017 have been issued, apart from another receipt of Rs. 1,250/- towards Annadhanam issued to the Petitioner and she has made an endorsement receiving its copy as per the copies of the counterfoil produced. In view of the said action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
