ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.A.No.426 of 2007 dated 13.11.2009.

2. Contempt Petition is filed on 03.09.2025, after a lapse of about 16 years from the date of passing of the order. Thus, the present petition is directly hit under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act and liable to be rejected on the ground of limitation.

In view of the same, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
