ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6108 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for payment of difference in gratuity amount along with interest and pass orders afresh on the claim made by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent paid the difference of gratuity amount along with 6% interest to the petitioner. He also produced the payment details in the proceeding dated 08.10.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If there are any grievances over the calculation, the petitioner can agitate the same separately in the manner known to law, if

so advised.
