W.M.P.No.38061 of 2024 in W.P.No.35147 of 2024 W.M.P.No.38061 of 2024 in W.P.No.35147 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original letter issued by the fourth respondent dated 18.10.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned letter' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the writ petitioner was not served with the original impugned letter, it was only affixed on the wall and he has filed a photocopy of the impugned letter along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'The petitioner respectfully submits that the impugned notice has not been served to the petitioner and it has been affixed on the petitioner's house and hence the petitioner unable to produce the certified https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

W.M.P.No.38061 of 2024 in W.P.No.35147 of 2024 copy of the impugned order and therefore the petitioner M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., mmi may be permitted to submit the xerox copy of the impugned notice and dispense with the production of impugned letter No.24/2024 dated 18.10.2024 and hence this petition for dispense with.'
