ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33975 of 2024, wherein the respondent was directed to consider the

petitioner's petition and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the direction of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent vide proceedings in e/f/ vz;/ mu;-39782-2025. Dated 31.10.2025, and also produced a copy of the same before this Court. The said proceedings dated 31.10.2025 is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, no contempt is made out against the respondent.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 12.11.2025 klt
