This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.28650 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents/alleged contemnors submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and the petitioner's representation has been considered and the same has been disposed of by the 2nd respondent on 08.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the said order dated 08.09.2025 before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/alleged contemnors, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
