This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time limit to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST Act), Thiruvannamalaia and file a bail application passed in Crl.O.P.No.22515 of 2019, dated 28.08.2019.

2.Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, one week time is extended finally.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
