ORDER

On the ground that the petitioner had not submitted his PSTM certificates for the classes I to IX and the degree certificate in the prescribed format, his candidature was disqualified in the selection process conducted pursuant to the disqualification order dated 07.11.2023.

2. Pending writ petition, the writ petitioner was permitted to submit his original certificates to the respondents and on verification, the petitioner was declared to have qualified for selection process.

3. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, the respondents herein shall subject the petitioner to further selection process under 2/4
