ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilfully disobeying the order passed in W.P.No.11585 of 2020 dated 18.04.2022.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, has placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 19.11.2025, whereby, it is stated that the order of this Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

3. By stating as above, the learned Government Advocate has also filed into this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 19.11.2025.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on going through the aforesaid proceedings submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court subject to the result of the writ appeal.

5. Considering the said submissions, and having regard to the fact that the first respondent had passed order dated 19.11.2025, this Court is of the

view that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, though with a delay.

6. For the aforesaid reason, there is no necessity to proceed with the contempt petition and no further adjudication is necessary and therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
