The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 07.09.2015 made by the Petitioner and to settle all the audit objections pending against him.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the Resolution No. 472/2019 dated 20.08.2019 passed by the First Respondent, the relief sought in the Writ Petition does not remain for consideration and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
