ORDER

The Revision challenges the order passed by the learned trial Judge dismissing the petitioner's application filed under Section 167(2) of Crl.P.C.., on the ground that the respondent have filed the complaint within the statutory limit of 180 days.

2.The learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 25.04.2024 and the 180th day fell on 21.10.2024 and that the complaint was filed at 08.28 p.m. on 21.10.2024. 3.In order of verify the facts, this Court had called for the records from the learned trial Judge.

4.The learned trial Judge, in his report, has stated that the final report was uploaded in the e-filing portal on 21.10.2024 and the case was taken on file on 25.10.2024.

5.In view of the report filed by the learned trial Judge, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to statutory bail. 6.Accordingly, the Revision is disposed of. The Registry to return the records forthwith to the trial Court.
