The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the statutory appeal is very much available as against the order passed by the first respondent and the writ petition is not maintainable.
2. Therefore, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal as contemplated under Section 205(12) of the Panchayats Act, in accordance with law.
