ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the said property. The respondents had earlier surveyed and demarcated the very same property. But, according to the petitioner, one of the neighbouring land owners had removed the boundary stones and therefore, the petitioner seeks for re-survey of the property as well as
for demarcation of boundaries once again.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 would submit that the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application seeking for re-survey and demarcation of boundaries as prayed for in the writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application, seeking for re-survey and demarcation of boundaries.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for re-survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition once again after
hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party whom the fifth respondent deems fit to enquire.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the fifth respondent for survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the fifth respondent with the assistance of surveyor, shall survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after hearing objections if any from any of the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party whom the fifth respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
6. If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the fifth respondent, the fourth and sixth respondents shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
