ORDER

This revision is preferred as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.11167 of 2023 dated 30.10.2024 and discharge the petitioner from the case pending in C.C.No.909 of 023 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, while pending the revision, the trial commenced and the prosecution examined PW1 to PW7 and therefore nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to cross examine the prosecution witness by way of filing appropriate application in accordance with law. 29.08.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order Sma 2/4
