34523/2019, 28431/2018) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAMASIVAYAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.J.RAMESH Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the 1 to 4 respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to fix an early date for final hearing of the writ petition.

2. The Writ petition has been filed to complete the enquiry as per the order passed by this court in W.P.No.9137 of 2015 dated 26.11.2013 and and to pay the DCRG dues, with held by the department to the petitioner.

3. As far as the prayer to complete the enquiry is concerned, both the counsels agreed that enquiry was concluded on 16.04.2015 and the petitioner was exonerated from the charges.

4. With regard to the another prayer for payment of DCRG dues to the petitioner, the Government Pleader is directed to ascertain whether the Department has released DCRG dues to the petitioner or not.

5. Post the matter on 08.01.2020 for final disposal. Consequently, the CMP No.28431 of 2018 and WMP No.34523 of 2019 are closed, as the main writ petition is posted for final disposal.
