The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that in view of the agreement entered between the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein, the Police has closed the complaint given by one Vijaya. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further states that the petitioner is not harassed as alleged, he was called only for enquiry on the complaint which is now been closed.
