This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to cancel the erroneous subdivision of survey No.53/2A, Chinnakudipala Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to issue a joint patta in the names of the petitioners for the entire extent of 0.74 cents purchased by them under Sale Deed No. 403/ 1990 dated 6.06.1990 and partly settled under settlement deed No. 874/ 2019 by considering the representation dated 01.08.2025. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
