ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dt 25.7.2019 passed by the 1st respondent in A.P. No. 46 of 2018 in Reference No. 583 of 2017.

2. The petitioner management has passed an order for dismissal as against the respondent and thereafter, they filed approval petition under Section 33(2)(b) of ID Act and the same was rejected. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner Management submitted that in view of the reinstatement, the petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as full quit to the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent agreed to receive the same.

5. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this Court is inclined to set aside the order of Approval petition by issuing direction to the

petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as full quit in view of the reinstatement, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
