The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 123 of BNS and Section 6 read with 24(1) of Cigarette and Other tobacco Products Act 2003 in Crime No.632 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
