By order dated 09.06.2022, letters of administration were granted in favour of the petitioner on condition that the petitioner executes the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II). By this application, an extension of time is prayed for to execute the security bond. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is based in Botswana and Australia. Therefore, an extension of time until 30.06.2023 is requested for.

2. Upon examining the reasons stated in the affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for execution of the security bond is extended until 30.06.2023.
