This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
