ORDER
Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 12.8.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to initiate closure proceedings against the said unauthorized Typewriting training Institute, operated at K.K.Typewriting Institute, No.152/2, Juliet Prema House, First floor, Johns cottage, Selaiyur, Chennai600 073. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein had entered into a shop rental agreement with the petitioner with regard to petitioner's father's house properties situated at No.152, /2, Juliet Prema House, First Floor, Johns Cottage, selaiyur, Chennai-600 073, for a period of 2/4
11 months from 14.04.2022 to 13.03.2023. Subsequently the petitioner's father died on 24.07.2024. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent herein has not come forward to extend the rental agreement dated 29.04.2022 and has also not paid the rental amount. Therefore, the petitioner send a representation to respondents 1 and 2 on 12.08.2025 to take necessary steps to inspect the premises and initiate closure proceedings against the said unauthorized Typewriting training Institute operated by the third respondent in the name of "K.K.TYPEWRITING INSTITUTE" situated at No.152, /2, Juliet Prema House, First Floor, Johns Cottage, selaiyur, Chennai-600 073. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the above said property and the same was leased out to the third respondent for residential purpose. Despite the petitioner made a representation dated 12.08.2025 to respondents 1 and 2 for closure of the above Institute, no action has been taken. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for appropriate orders for closure of the above Institute, operated by the third respondent.

J., vga 4.Though the petitioner is the owner of the above said property and has made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to close the Institute, operated by the third respondent, the remedy lies only before the competent authority for seeking eviction of the third respondent As the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained before this Court, this writ petition is dismissed.
