This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 312 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.Murali, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Insurance Company and he has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. The petitioner would aver that due to the accident, she sustained grievous injuries and spent money on her treatment. Due to financial constraints, delay of 312 days occurred in filing this appeal.

4. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 312 days shall stand waived.
