The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent, the Tahsildar, Thiruporur Taluk, Thiruporur, Kanchipuram District to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.10.2019 and to issue Patta in favour of G.Elumalai, the Petitioner herein.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the said representation dated 14.10.2019 submitted by the Petitioner has been considered and disposed by order dated 13.01.2020 and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
