This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24555 of 2024 vide order dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 38 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
